dc.description.abstractThe present dissertation aims to clarify the subject of the individual freedom of the human being in relation to euthanasia to the euthanasia institute with the title “EUTHANASIA: HUMAN INTERVENTION IN THE DIGNITY OF DEATH”, inherent to the postgraduate course (Master in Function Law) and by the Autonomous Faculty of Law (FADISP/UNIALFA), which will contemplate the integrality with analysis of the legal foundations that encompass the subject, as well as the discussions, as well as, the possibilities to remedy turbulences related to the subject, arising from the omission of the Brazilian legal system. It should be noted, examining the expanding society consistent with the enjoyment of individual rights, with due caution, some inconsistencies arise, so there are some doubts to be clarified by the government, legal bodies and socioeconomic segments on the subject. It should be noted that the purpose of the dissertation is to make euthanasia better known, not simply an act of killing, but a right of the individual through freedom (Article 5, VI to IX of CF/88) and other provisions of the Constitution of the Republic Federation of Brazil, without any intervention by the authorities. of the Brazilian Federative Republic (1988) and other legislation.
dc.description.resumoA presente dissertação trata tema da liberdade individual do ser humano frente à eutanásia com análise dos alicerces jurídicos que englobam o assunto, bem como das discussões relacionadas ao assunto, proveniente da omissão do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro que geram dúvidas a serem esclarecidas.. Convém ressaltar, o propósito da dissertação é tornar a eutanásia mais conhecida, não simplesmente um ato de abreviar a vida e casos extremos e irreversíveis, mas, sim, como um direito do indivíduo baseado em sua liberdade (artigo 5, VI ao IX da CF/88 e demais dispositivos da Constituição Federal, sem intervenção das autoridades.
