dc.description.abstractThe research addresses the theme of violence against women within the context of the Amazonian reality. It highlights the social and geographical isolation of riverine women and the subsequent normalization of domestic violence, problematizing their access to justice in the interior of the Amazonas state. These women live in remote areas with scant public assistance. The aim was to outline briefly the indispensability of new intervention mechanisms and strategies, through investment in integrated and intersectoral public policies from the Justice, Security, Health, Social Assistance, and Education systems. This approach involves the joint efforts of all actors comprising the network committed to combating and eradicating such violence. Given this scenario, a reflection is proposed so that the law may converse with the tenets of prevention, punishment, and eradication of violence, in the light of the judiciary policy of the National Council of Justice on the subject. Finally, it is suggested that the Court of Justice of the State of Amazonas act as a coordinator between the justice- security system and other network services as a pathway towards the effective combat and eradication of gender violence in the interior of Amazonas. This can be achieved through the State Coordination for Women in Domestic and Family Violence Situations acting as a catalyst for expanding the intersectional network of protection and care, thereby amplifying the voices of these women who are forgotten in the forest and seldom appear in statistics as the citizens they indeed are.
dc.description.resumoA pesquisa aborda a temática da violência contra a mulher no âmbito da realidade amazônica. Ressalta o isolamento social e geográfico das mulheres ribeirinhas e a consequente naturalização da violência intrafamiliar para problematizar o acesso à justiça das mesmas, no interior do Estado do Amazonas, onde residem em áreas longínquas e com precária assistência pelo poder público. O objetivo foi traçar um breve esboço quanto à imprescindibilidade de novos mecanismos de intervenção e enfrentamento mediante investimento em políticas públicas intersetoriais e integradas do Sistema de Justiça, Segurança, Saúde, Socioassistencial e Educacional, por meioda atuação conjunta de todos os atores que compõem a rede de combate e erradicação desse tipo de violência. Diante desse cenário, para que a lei dialogue com os eixos de prevenção, punição e erradicação da violência, propõem-se uma reflexão, à luz da política judiciária do Conselho Nacional de Justiça quanto ao tema. Ao final, sugere-seque o Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Amazonas atue como articulador entre o sistema de justiça-segurança e os demais serviços da rede como caminho para o efetivo combate e erradicação da violência de gênero no interior do Amazonas, através da atuação da Coordenadoria Estadual da Mulher em Situação de Violência Doméstica e Familiarcomo catalizadora da ampliação da rede intersetorial de proteção e acolhimento, fazendo ecoar as vozes dessas mulheres que estão esquecidas na floresta e dificilmente aparecem nas estatísticas como cidadãs que são.
