dc.description.abstractThis study proposes an analysis of data concerning adoption proceedings conducted within and outside the registry of the National Adoption and Foster Care System of the National Council of Justice (SNA/CNJ) in the State of Goiás. The research begins with the gradual evolution of national and international norms for the protection of children and adolescents, followed by an examination of the concept of family based on its models and modalities, as well as the importance of the family in ensuring the safe, healthy, and comprehensive development of individuals in the process of development. The study addresses the main aspects and functionalities of the SNA/CNJ and analyzes the number of adoption proceedings conducted between January 1, 2020, and March 31, 2026, in the childhood and youth judicial units of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás. It also proposes reflections on the results obtained, with a view to implementing improvements in the adjudication of cases of this nature, thereby ensuring the Best Interests of the Child and Adolescent, the Principle of Absolute Priority, and Comprehensive Protection for Children and Adolescents.
dc.description.resumoEste estudo propõe uma análise sobre os dados dos processos de adoção, dentro e fora do cadastro do Sistema Nacional de Adoção e Acolhimento do Conselho Nacional de Justiça, SNA/CNJ, no estado de Goiás. O trabalho tem início com a gradual evolução das normas de proteção de crianças e adolescentes, tanto nacionais quanto internacionais, passa pelo estudo do conceito de família a partir de seus modelos e modalidades e a importância da família para a garantia de um desenvolvimento seguro, saudável e integral da pessoa em desenvolvimento. Abordam-se os principais aspectos e funcionalidades do SNA/CNJ, bem como analisa quantitativo de processos de adoção no período compreendido entre 01.01.2020 até 31.03.2026 nas unidades judiciárias da infância e juventude do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás e propõe reflexões acerca dos resultados encontrados com vistas à implementação de melhorias no julgamento de demandas dessa natureza, garantindo-se, assim, o Superior Interesse da Criança e do Adolescente, da Prioridade Absoluta e da Proteção Integral para Crianças e Adolescentes.
