dc.description.abstractThis study was developed with the aim of analyzing the contributions of the Court of Justice of Goiás - TJGO to the 2030 Agenda, based on the implementation of the 3rd Jurisdictional Processing Unit - UPJ in the Civil Courts in the District of Goiânia and its relationship with Sustainable Development Goal 16, regarding institutional effectiveness in promoting peace and justice for all, as well as peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development. In this sense, the studies were developed under the bibliographic and documentary bias in publications and documents related to the 2030 Agenda and the UPJ - Goiânia with an emphasis on regulation and functionality for the purpose of analyzing efficiency in terms of access and speed/slowness. As a time frame, the period between January/2022 and December/2023 is used, as a mechanism for systematizing the reading of the collected data, the use of Power Bi whose content analyses occurred under the perceptions of Bardin (2011). The study identified that the implementation of the 3rd UPJ contributed to the reduction in congestion and in the quantitative collection of cases in each Court that is part of the Unit, as well as to the significant improvement in the rates of meeting demands, contributing directly to access to justice, promotion of peace and Justice and, consequently, - although in different proportions - to local, regional, national and global development.
dc.description.resumoEste estudo desenvolveu-se sob o intuito de analisar as contribuições do Tribunal de Justiça de Goiás – TJGO à Agenda 2030, a partir da implementação da 3ª Unidade de Processamento Jurisdicional – UPJ nas Varas Cíveis na Comarca de Goiânia e sua relação com o Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 16, no que tange a eficácia institucional à promoção da paz e da Justiça para todos, assim como de sociedades pacíficas e inclusivas para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Neste sentido os estudos desenvolveram-se sob o viés bibliográfico e documental em publicações e documentos relacionados à Agenda 2030 e à 3ªUPJ – Goiânia com ênfase na regulamentação e na funcionalidade para fins de análise a eficiência no que se refere ao acesso e à celeridade/morosidade. Como recorte temporal tem-se o período compreendido entre março/2023 e março/2024, como mecanismo de sistematização à leitura dos dados coletados, a utilização do Power BI cujas análises de conteúdo ocorreram a partir das orientações metodológicas de Bardin (2011). O estudo identificou que a implementação da 3ª UPJ contribuiu para a redução no congestionamento e no acervo quantitativo dos processos de cada Vara integrante da Unidade, assim como à expressiva melhoria nos índices de atendimento das demandas, contribuindo diretamente para o acesso à justiça, promoção da paz e da Justiça e, consequentemente, - embora em proporções distintas - para o desenvolvimento local, regional, nacional e global.
