This work, whose research method will be guided by the analysis of documents and bibliographical review, aims to explore the intersection between Artificial Intelligence and its role in the marketconsumer relationship and the possible possibilities of violation of rights inherent to its use, especially with regard to disobedience to constitutional principles, given that there seems to be a consensus that AI is a reality that is here to stay. However, we cannot lose sight of the need to seek favorable conditions that enable its development with safety and transparency, ensuring that AI technologies are at the service of people and not the other way around, always prevailing human dignity. Therefore, these aspects come together to form a significant proposition, which envisions the need for regulations aimed at protecting consumers against the actions of famous algorithms. Finally, the adequacy of broader regulations for the subject will be demonstrated.ptInteligência artificialRelações de consumoConstituição econômicaPrincípios constitucionaisInteligência artificial e a vulnerabilidade do consumidor nas relações de consumo: violação aos princípios constitucionais da privacidade, da segurança e da transparência
