O impacto da transformação digital no judiciário: avaliação das plataformas virtuais a partir de relatórios e indicadores. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 113 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2025.https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/732This dissertation aims to analyze the digital transformation policy in the Brazilian Judiciary, focusing on the implementation and functioning of virtual platforms based on institutional reports and performance indicators, taking the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO) as its empirical reference. The work is structured into three articles. The first article presents a bibliometric study of the scientific production on digital transformation in the Judiciary between 2010 and 2024. The search and selection of studies followed a structured protocol, with stages documented in a PRISMA-style flowchart until the definition of the final corpus. The results indicate a marked expansion of the literature from 2016 onwards, with a concentration of studies on artificial intelligence, electronic case processing and access to justice, as well as gaps in topics such as algorithmic governance, digital inclusion and institutional sustainability. The second article develops a theoretical essay based on a systematic literature review and documentary analysis of recent digital government and “Justice 4.0” initiatives. It differentiates the concepts of digital government, digital transformation and digital governance, examines their implications for transparency, efficiency and social control, and proposes an analytical framework that connects technological innovation, institutional coordination and democratic legitimacy in the justice system. The third article presents a case study of TJGO from 2019 to 2025, grounded in normative acts, reports from the National Council of Justice (CNJ), internal reports of the court and time series from the Justiça em Números and RenovaJud databases. The analysis, organized into dimensions such as procedural efficiency, timeliness, accessibility, cost-effectiveness and system governance, shows the consolidation of fully electronic case processing, an increase in the Case Clearance Rate, a reduction in congestion and a rise in productivity, alongside persistent challenges related to digital inclusion, data protection and the explainability of digital decision support tools. By articulating bibliometrics, theoretical essay and case study, the dissertation proposes parameters for assessing virtual platforms in the Judiciary, linking technological modernization, digital governance and the quality of judicial service delivery at TJGO and courts with a similar institutional profile.ptTransformação DigitalGovernança digitalEficiência administrativaO impacto da transformação digital no judiciário: avaliação das plataformas virtuais a partir de relatórios e indicadores
