The case study was qualitative having the Sistema Indústria, which is composed by SESI, SENAI and IEL, as sample. In the literature review, authors on the following subjects were consulted: prospective scenarios, strategy in organizations, strategy formulation process using future scenarios and strategic/organizational alignment. In the study, the proposal of Sistema Indústria to achieve an integrated strategic planning using prospective scenarios was evaluated and so were the changes in the process. At the end of the project the degree of strategic adhesion among the institutions that are part of the Sistema Indústria was also considered, verifying the organizational alignment between the institutions and divisions of each state.ptCenários prospectivosFormulação de estratégiasPlanejamento estratégico
