The research is based on the strategic rele vance of this tool in any institution. This research is configured as descriptive with regard to its objectives and quantitative with regard to the method of approach. The applied methodology is the collection of data that constituted in an enumeration with the accomplishment of a questionnaire to the professionals that exert leadership in the administrative activities and finalistic of a public company of communication. The study will evaluate the contribution that managers have in the performance evalua tion process, qualifying the numerous possibilities of performance evolution that this evaluation instrument integrates. The investigation aspires to apprehend coherent movements in the execution of the work performance verification process.
