Os impactos das novas tecnologias e da central eletrônica de mandados (CEM) na motivação, eficiência do trabalho e saúde dos oficiais de justiça do tribunal de justiça do estado de Goiás. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 140 f Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2025.https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/630This research study investigates the impacts of the implementation of the Electronic Warrant Center and new technologies on the motivation, work efficiency, and health of the TJGO's bailiffs. The present study is predicated on the recognition that, despite the fact that modernization is often championed as a means of expediting processes, there has been a paucity of research conducted into its multidimensional impacts on the agents responsible for executing warrants. The primary objective of this study is to analyze the impact of new technologies, particularly the Electronic Warrant Center, on motivation, the efficiency of work processes, and the health of the bailiffs of the Goiás State Court of Justice. The aforementioned gap in research pertains to the dearth of empirical studies that integrate organizational, technological, and occupational health perspectives within the context of the modernization of the Brazilian Judiciary. contemporary Brazilian court systems have predominantly focused on procedural speed metrics, thereby neglecting to consider the human costs associated with these changes. The research combined qualitative and quantitative approaches and document analysis. A survey of the Directorate of Personnel Management / Employee Registration and Functional Information Division revealed that, between December 2023 and December 2024, twenty-four officers assigned to the CEM requested medical leave. The survey was completed by 70 bailiffs. The findings indicate that the CEM has yielded operational advantages, including enhanced agility in the distribution of warrants, reduced travel, and enhanced control of workflows. Moreover, a significant proportion of respondents, specifically 90.0%, expressed their concurrence with the technological enhancements. However, these advances are not without their challenges, which include work overload, as evidenced by the fact that only 42.9% of respondents reported satisfaction with their current workload. Other challenges include pressure for productivity, difficulties in adapting to digital tools, and isolation due to virtualization. The aforementioned factors have exerted a deleterious effect on motivation, as evidenced by reports of institutional devaluation and dissatisfaction with working conditions and health. It is noteworthy that merely 15.9% have observed a diminution in occupational illnesses. The qualitative data revealed that the motivational factors most frequently cited were job stability, remuneration, and professional recognition. The research underscores the necessity of policies that promote professional development, technological training, and health support alongside digitalization to ensure a balanced integration of innovation and well-being. The present study contributes to the ongoing discourse on modernization in the public sector by underscoring the significance of integrated approaches that encompass not only performance metrics but also the human dimensions of digital transformation.ptCentral Eletrônica de MandadosSaúde ocupacionalEficiência judicialNovas tecnologiasOs impactos das novas tecnologias e da central eletrônica de mandados (CEM) na motivação, eficiência do trabalho e saúde dos oficiais de justiça do tribunal de justiça do estado de Goiás.
