The study aims to comprehend how such policies, including Urban Land Regularization (REURB), influence access to justice, promoting economic and social development in the municipality of Érico Cardoso, Bahia, Brazil. The research questions explore the role of conflict resolution methods and extrajudicial services in this context, emphasizing access to justice and its relation to financial, educational, and social barriers. The research proposes that dejudicialization, especially through extrajudicial services, can overcome such limitations, easing the burden on the judiciary, being crucial for development, and highlighting the vital role of extrajudicial services in promoting citizenship. The methodology is applied and exploratory, employing a qualitative approach and deductive method. Data collection includes bibliographic research, document analysis, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews with managers involved in REURB in Érico Cardoso. The research references authors such as Abboud (2015), Canotilho (2003), Pedron (2014), Cappelletti and Garth (1998), Fux (2021), Watanabe (2019), Souza Júnior, and Nascimento (2022). The research findings demonstrate that extrajudicial services play a fundamental role in dejudicialization, contributing to reducing the overload of the Judiciary and enhancing the quality of judicial services. It is concluded that the Public Policy of Urban Land Regularization (REURB) can be an important tool for regional development, effective for access to justice and regional progress, as it promotes city planning, regularization of public service provision, conflict resolution facilitation, increased government revenue, assurance of legal security, and improvement of urban and environmental conditions.ptPolíticas públicasMunicípio baiano de Érico CardosoRegularização Fundiária Urbana (REURB)
