EaD distance learning platforms launched online training, so that a large part of the workforce has access to training and courses. Given the explored context, this study deals with the challenges to improve the use of distance training carried out in organizations. The general objective of the study is: To analyze the trained worker's perception of their use in distance training in the organization. And as specific objectives: identify and describe the individual and organizational difficulties of workers who carry out distance learning training (EAD) and verify facilitating elements for the use of training and present the possibilities for better use of Distance Learning Educational practice in organizations, from the perception of workers. The method proposed for the study is quantitative research, to analyze the perception of a team of employees in a large financial institution, where these employees constantly participate in EaD training, through a corporate university of the organization itself.
