Impactos no desenvolvimento regional por meio dos centros judiciários de soluções de conflitos e cidadania (CEJUSC) cíveis e de família na comarca goiana de Anápolis nos anos de 2021 a 2023. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 86 f Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Desenvolvimento Regional) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2025.https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/606The subject of this research is the contribution of CEJUSCs in the Goiás county of Anápolis: an analysis in the light of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), as a public policy instrument for regional development, in the period from 2021 to 2023, seeking to examine the following question: after all, how do CEJUSCs contribute to regional development in the county, when they are considered public policy instruments for access to justice and the promotion of citizenship? The research analyzes the contribution of CEJUSCs to regional development in Anápolis/GO, as well as evaluating their function as an instrument of public policy aimed at the consensual resolution of conflicts, by the guidelines of the CNJ and the CPC. The study also elucidates the conceptualization and historical evolution of consensual conflict resolution methods, associating them with regional development strategies. It also examines the legal and institutional framework that regulates CEJUSCs, highlighting their relationship with public policies for regional development and their operationalization in the local context. It assesses the contribution of CEJUSCs in terms of their results as an alternative to the traditional legal system, using documentary research with the collection of data (annual statistics on conciliation hearings) available on the website of the Goiás State Court of Justice (TJGO), carrying out the appropriate analytical treatment and extracting the relevant information. As theoretical support, we used published articles that presented fundamental concepts pertinent to the topic, highlighting those identified as relevant to understanding the concepts addressed and demonstrating their repercussions at the regional level. The main theoretical references include Resolution 125 of the CNJ (BRASIL, 2010), the CPC, in its articles 165-175, 334, 695, 515, and 725, which are considered public policy instruments for the appropriate treatment of legal conflicts. In addition, they deal with the two forms of conflict resolution in which a third party intervenes in the negotiation process, helping the parties achieve self- composition: Mediation and Conciliation. The use of CEJUSCs reveals their contribution to more accessible and efficient justice, as an alternative to the formal judicial system. Conciliation and mediation reduce the congestion rate of cases and financial and budgetary costs. In addition to promoting conflict resolution, they contribute to strengthening social relations and regional development. This evolution can be seen from the quantitative data on hearings scheduled, held and the percentage of agreements reached in these centers.ptCEJUSCConselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ)Resolução de ConflitosPolíticas PúblicasImpactos no desenvolvimento regional por meio dos centros judiciários de soluções de conflitos e cidadania (CEJUSCs) cíveis e de família na comarca goiana de Anápolis nos anos de 2021 a 2023
