The objective of this project is to conduct a literature review in order to quantify what is most valued in diagnostic medicine services by consumers of these services. To this end, a search was conducted in academic databases, seeking research that addresses the main factors that add value, from the customer's perspective, in the use of services within diagnostic medicine. The investigation was carried out in national and international literature, with studies in various countries, and the demands of users are quite similar. The results indicate that users of diagnostic medicine clinics expect adequate infrastructure, ease of online scheduling, security at the time of the examination, welcoming by the staff, understanding of the procedure before it is performed, and promptness in delivering documents in digital format.ptMedicina diagnósticaPercepção do consumidorSaúde privada
