Fatores psicossociais no teletrabalho sob a perspectiva dos servidores das unidades de processamento judicial (UPJ) criminais do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás (TJGO). Goiânia (GO), 2026. 99 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2026.https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/759The study analyzed the psychosocial and organizational factors associated with telework in the Criminal Judicial Processing Units (UPJs) of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás, based on the application of the COPSOQ II-Br. This is an exploratory study with a quantitative approach, conducted with 100 civil servants from the eight Criminal UPJs in the district of Goiânia. Data were collected through an electronic questionnaire containing sociodemographic questions and 23 items from the short version of the instrument, with analysis performed using descriptive statistics and risk level classification according to international guidelines. The sample profile revealed a predominance of women (65%), an age range between 30 and 49 years (68%), and a high level of education (97% holding a university degree), with participants mainly working in highly complex units such as Domestic Violence (22%) and Criminal Enforcement Courts (18%). High job satisfaction was observed (98% at levels 4 and 5), along with a strong perception of meaning (85% at the highest level) and importance of work (88%). Additionally, 92% reported opportunities for learning and 90% recognized that their work requires initiative. However, signs of work intensification were identified: 83% perceived the work pace as fast or constant, 26% reported insufficient time to complete tasks, and 63% frequently experienced emotionally demanding situations. In the health dimension, 71% reported moderate physical exhaustion, 64% emotional exhaustion, and 41% high stress levels. Conversely, 99% expressed trust in their superiors, 97% perceived reciprocal trust, and 95% to 98% reported no occurrence of offensive behaviors. The findings indicate that telework combines high engagement with moderate psychosocial strain, highlighting the need for institutional strategies focused on workload management and occupational health promotion.ptTeletrabalho - Home OfficeSaúde ocupacionalServidores públicosFatores psicossociaisFatores psicossociais no teletrabalho sob a perspectiva dos servidores das unidades de processamento judicial (UPJ) criminais do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás (TJGO)
