A percepção dos gestores sobre o uso de indicadores de desempenho na gestão das unidades de processamento judicial (UPJs) cíveis da comarca de Goiânia. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 62 f. In this context, the National Council of Justice (CNJ) established institutional evaluation policies based on performance indicators, aiming to measure the productivity and effectiveness of court operations. The implementation of Judicial Processing Units (UPJs), focused on shared management and workflow rationalization, has intensified the need for monitoring through data and targets. However, the mere existence of indicators does not guarantee their effective use as management tools. Issues such as the understanding of criteria, practical applicability, and methodological limitations still raised questions about their actual contribution to improving judicial administration. In this regard, the research sought to answer the following question: How do the managers of the Civil UPJs in the Judicial District of Goiânia perceive the applicability of the performance indicators defined by the CNJ in the management of their units? The general objective was: To analyze the managers’ perception regarding the use of performance indicators in the management of the Civil Judicial Processing Units (UPJs) of the Judicial District of Goiânia, based on the guidelines established by the National Council of Justice (CNJ). The study was qualitative in nature, with an exploratory and descriptive approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with four master managers of the Civil UPJs in Goiânia and analyzed using the content analysis technique. The results of the research showed that CNJ’s indicators were recognized by the managers as relevant tools for performance monitoring, yet they still faced limitations regarding their practical application and sensitivity to the specific context of each unit. Among the challenges, the main issues identified were the lack of data contextualization, absence of specific training, and a perceived disconnect between the evaluative parameters and operational reality. On the other hand, managers highlighted the potential use of indicators for internal planning and task reallocation, and proposed improvements in information systems, enhanced institutional dialogue, and team appreciation programs.ptÍndices de desempenhoGestão judiaciáriaCeleridade processualA percepção dos gestores sobre o uso de indicadores de desempenho na gestão das unidades de processamento judicial (UPJS) cíveis da comarca de Goiânia
