The qualitative research was based on an analysis of documents, in addition to the application of questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and the observation technique with the school community (managers, teachers and students). The results allow us to affirm that the PPP was note laborated with the due participation of the school community, because the pedagogical model was not a choice of the community, but an imposition of the State Department of Education that had go al stoful fill for the implantation of full-time schools, in virtue of legislation and a partner ship with the Instituto de Corresponsabilidade pela Educação (ICE). It is concluded that the State Department of Education must consider the actors of the school community to guarantee the purposes of integral education and the guiding principles of the PPP and of the educational legislation.ptParticipação socialProjeto Político PedagógicoEnsino médio
