It used data from institutional documents, institutional research and data collection by questionnaire that allowed it to point out fragilities and opportunities to be used by the institution's managers. With this work it was possible to identify who are the actors of the internal communication process, what channels are used and how the flow of communication occurs. In the methodology, the approach was quantitative due to the application of a collection instrument to obtain numerical statements.
