The main objective is, therefore, planning for the consolidation of a new logistics corridor involving government actions such as regulation, limiting public funding and private actions, with the possible establishment of partnerships with local actors for its exploration and maintenance. Such actions should consider not only economic and positive consequences but also sustainability outcomes, especially with the synergic impact they will promote. The implementation of transportation modes provides a significant advance for agribusiness, therefore enabling the generation of employment, which encourages the expansion of production of other grains and crops, enhancing the country's internal competitiveness. The analysis seeks to understand whether public policies for the construction of transport modes are considering socioeconomic impacts and, furthermore, whether projects are being discussed in order to cover the local population and integrate them into a development model.
