Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Direito Constitucional Econômico), UNIALFA, Goiânia, 2024https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/416This dissertation aims to discuss teleworking as a new way of working in the Judiciary from the perspective of access to justice, efficiency and sustainability. In the first chapter I bring the historical evolution of work, from its origins, concepts to the implementation of teleworking in the judiciary. In the second chapter, I analyze the impact of teleworking on the democratization of justice, highlighting the importance of ensuring the accessibility and effectiveness of the legal process. I developed the research with the aim of presenting teleworking as a global trend that can contribute to efficiency and flexibility in the work environment, including in the judiciary. In the last chapter, I address some results during the global crisis (covid-19), the principles of the work environment, the results in resource savings and environmental sustainability. I end with the virtual extraordinary judgment of the Supreme Court in the criminal action (AP 1505), highlighting the importance of face-to-face trials with oral arguments in real time, and not just through audiovisual recording prior to the trial, which allows the arguments of the parties to be presented effectively and clearly.ptTeletrabalhoDemocratizaçãoJustiçaO teletrabalho para a democratização da justiça: transformações no poder judiciário na era digital, à luz do acesso à justiça, eficiência, economia e sustentabilidade
