A qualidade de vida no trabalho e o nível de conhecimento acerca do programa institucional no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás: uma análise á luz do modelo de Walton. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 90 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Direito Constitucional Econômico) - Centro Universitário Alves Farias, 2025.https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/669Quality of Work Life (QWL) has emerged as a strategic topic in public administration, particularly within institutions seeking to align organizational performance with the satisfaction of their workforce. This study aimed to analyze the perceptions of permanent employees of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO) regarding QWL, based on the theoretical model proposed by Walton (1973), which comprises eight conceptual categories for QWL assessment. A quantitative approach was adopted, applying a structured questionnaire to 403 civil servants, using the scale adapted by Timossi et al. (2009). The results revealed that seven out of the eight dimensions evaluated had mean scores above the midpoint of the scale, indicating a generally satisfactory perception. The most positively rated categories were "Social integration in the organization," "Social relevance of work in life," and "Use and development of capacities." The only category classified as unsatisfactory was "Opportunities for growth and security," highlighting institutional weaknesses related to professional development and career mobility. A positive correlation was also found between the level of employees’ knowledge about the QWL Program and their overall perception of quality of work life, underscoring the need for more effective communication and engagement strategies. Furthermore, the document analysis showed that TJGO has implemented several initiatives aligned with most categories of the Walton model. However, there is still room for improvement in areas such as professional growth, job security, and people management. The findings of this study offer valuable insights to support the development of institutional policies aimed at fostering a healthier, more participatory, and sustainable work environment within the Judiciary.ptModelo de WaltonQualidade de vida no trabalhoPoder judiciárioA qualidade de vida no trabalho e o nível de conhecimento acerca do programa institucional no tribunal de justiça do estado de Goiás : uma análise à luz do modelo de Walton
