Technological updating, innovative through the Electronic Judicial Process (PJe) and Artificial Intelligence, served as the basis for the migration to telework, generating relevant effects on local progress. Based on the analysis of the case of the Court of Justice of Goiás (TJGO) in the last five years, the work reveals progress in procedural processing, with increased productivity, confirmed by distinctions such as the CNJ Diamond Seal. However, reports from judges and staff, coupled with sectoral data, show that, in addition to the benefits in agility and flexibility, essential obstacles have emerged in personnel management, the emotional well-being of workers, and the demand for necessary technical infrastructure. Through a literature review and examination of documents, the research seeks to map the obstacles experienced and the opportunities for establishing hybrid formats, arguing that the supervision of judicial telework requires more robust public management policies, reconciling performance with care for the team. Telework in the Judiciary of Goiás (TJGO) has generated significant positive impacts, mainly in terms of efficiency, productivity, and institutional economy. However, the specific impacts on the broader regional socioeconomic development of the state are more complex and involve both benefits and challenges.
