This dissertation aims to analyze how the centrality of labor in social and economic relations is associated with the precariousness of labor conditions in the context of contemporary economic and social policies. To this end, it seeks to understand the articulation between the processes of precariousness and the concept of necropolitics, understood as a control tool that defines who will have access to basic rights and security, promoting vulnerability and exclusion. The research was developed based on a qualitative approach, using a bibliographic review and documentary analysis of public policies, labor laws, and theoretical studies on necropolitics and precariousness. Through this methodology, it is explored how state power and corporate policies normalize degrading labor conditions, the absence of social protection, and the marginalization of specific groups, reinforcing an unequal economic structure.
