Although the production process is unequal, the pharmaceutical industry's food supplements marketing chain is the same. Therefore, this sector has received increasing attention from the population and the supervisory bodies. Thus, the objective of this work will be to analyze the supply chain of the food supplement industry, emphasizing quality management. This work will be carried out through the bibliographic research survey and the vision of the quality management system obtained through interviews conducted with different components of the chosen industry supply chain. The rules that provide technical regulations of standard operating procedures applied to these establishments are the basis for the investigation. One of the final considerations of this work, the implementation of ANVISA's RDC 243/2018 considering the stability studies of food supplements, which are currently not required when starting production of a food supplement, is extremely important to guarantee the quality of the product. product made available to the population.
