The research adopts a qualitative approach, drawing on semi-structured interviews with managers and documentary analysis to examine perceptions of change related to the principles of transparency, fairness, accountability, and corporate responsibility. The findings indicate advances in the formalization of processes, monitoring of decisions, and clarity of information, while also revealing challenges linked to cultural adaptation and the consolidation of control practices.
