The study starts from the context of the growing judicialization in Brazil, marked by an overload of processes, delays, and questions regarding the credibility and efficiency of the judicial system. This research aims to answer the following question: What are the challenges faced by the Court of Justice of Goiás (TJGO) in implementing the CNJ goals? The study adopts a qualitative-quantitative approach, combining the application of questionnaires to employees involved in the execution of the goals and semi-structured interviews with magistrates from the Goiânia District. The results indicate that the TJGO has an organizational structure, leadership, and institutional culture considered adequate, in addition to a highly qualified workforce. No systemic structural weaknesses were identified that compromise institutional performance. However, specific challenges were identified related to the time required for implementing the goals and the understanding of the strategic guidelines by the staff. It is concluded that the main difficulties are concentrated in operational and managerial aspects, especially in the articulation between planning and execution, reinforcing the need to improve internal communication, strategic alignment, and time management for greater effectiveness of the CNJ's goals.ptTribunal de Justiça de Goiás (TJGO)Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ)Sistema judiciárioGestão estratégica
