Treinamento e desenvolvimento no poder judiciário de Goiás: análise das crenças e satisfação dos servidores das unidades de processamento judicial criminal da Comarca de Goiânia-GO. Goiânia (GO), 2026. 92 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2026.https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/747This research aimed to evaluate the beliefs and satisfaction of employees of the Criminal Judicial Processing Units (UPJs) of the Goiânia District regarding the Training and Development (T&D) practices promoted by the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), considering both the Training Plan for the 2023–2025 biennium and other training initiatives offered by the institution. Based on literature on human resource management in the public sector, organizational beliefs, and job satisfaction, the research assumes that employees' perceptions of the T&D system directly influence their engagement, adherence to training actions, and satisfaction with the training. This is a quantitative, descriptive, and explanatory study conducted with permanent employees of the Criminal UPJs of the Goiânia District. Validated instruments were used for data collection, including the Beliefs about the Training System Scale (ECST) and the scale for identifying the relationship between job satisfaction and corporate training. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, allowing for the examination of the predominant beliefs of the employees and the relationship between beliefs and satisfaction. The results show that positive beliefs about the relevance, usefulness, and applicability of training and development actions exert a significant influence on employee satisfaction levels. It was found that participants recognize the contributions of training to both individual development and institutional strengthening, although weaknesses were identified in the process of identifying training needs. The findings confirm that beliefs function as antecedent variables of satisfaction, impacting engagement and willingness to transfer learning to the work context. It is concluded that understanding the beliefs and satisfaction of employees is a strategic element for improving human resource development policies at the TJGO (Court of Justice of Goiás). The study contributes theoretically by expanding the empirical evidence on training and development in the Judiciary and, from a practical point of view, offers support for improving the planning, execution, and communication of training actions, strengthening the culture of continuous learning and institutional efficiency.ptTreinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D)Gestão de pessoas - Setor públicoSatisfação no trabalhoPoder judiciárioTreinamento e desenvolvimento no poder judiciário de Goiás: análise das crenças e satisfação dos servidores das unidades de processamento judicial criminal da Comarca de Goiânia-GO
