Poder Judiciário Brasileiro: análise da sustentabilidade nos relatórios publicados pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça de 2015 a 2023. Using a qualitative methodology, which includes documentary analysis and an integrative literature review, the study identifies a progressive incorporation of sustainability policies, revealing an increasing commitment to environmentally responsible and efficient practices. The analysis of the sustainability reports shows a significant evolution in the judiciary's initiatives, from reducing the consumption of natural resources, such as paper and energy, to implementing actions aimed at improving the quality of life at work and engaging in sustainable social practices. Despite the advances, the study points to persistent challenges, including the need for greater engagement and awareness at all levels of the judiciary, the importance of more effective integration of sustainable practices into daily operations, and overcoming institutional and operational barriers to implementing more comprehensive sustainability policies. The importance of continuing to promote sustainability in the Brazilian Judiciary is emphasized, both as a matter of environmental responsibility and as a central element for promoting justice and sustainable regional development.ptPráticas SustentáveisPoder Judiciário BrasileiroGestão AmbientalResponsabilidade SocialPoder Judiciário Brasileiro: análise da sustentabilidade nos relatórios publicados pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça de 2015 a 2023
