Therefore, efficiency requires that the activity be carried out with speed, perfection and functional performance, that is, it consists of the search for practical results of productivity and economy. In this context, public institutions, in general, have a latent need for procedural adaptation to the needs of modern society and constant technological evolution. In this sense, the possibilities of low-code solutions are explored, which consist of practices that make it possible to develop applications with as little coding as possible. In light of the above, this research aimed to analyze the potential of low-code solutions in planning acquisitions for a federal public company. To this end, the research was based on a survey, aimed at obtaining knowledge and practical application of the solution, as well as a qualitative analysis of the data collected and the detailed breakdown of all stages. The result demonstrated that the integration of a low-code solution as a facilitator in the process of improving the procurement planning of a federal public company was transformed, contributing significantly to increased transparency, efficiency and governance in public procurement.
