To this end, we used the Revealed Comparative Advantage Model (RCA) assessing the main factors responsible for the rapid growth production and exports of soy Brazil through its components (soybeans, soybean meal and soybean oil). The model of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) is premised that the focus country tends to specialize in exports of products that have competitive advantages. In this analysis when the indicator shows a value greater than 1, the products will be competitive, showing that the participation of the analyte in the analyzed country's exports is higher than the country's participation in the overall global market. Other competitiveness indicators were also used in this work by allowing assess the competitiveness of soy in international trade, and they share in world trade - Market-share, which indicates how much the country participates in the world market share in the exports the soy complex, indicating how much the soybean complex participates in the total value of exports, soy complex trade share in total trade of agricultural products, indicating the importance of soybeans in the agricultural sector of the country and the participation of the trade balance soybeans in the agricultural GDP. Revealed Comparative Advantage in the analysis for the soy complex Brazil, were observed high values for the indicator for the entire study period, thus presenting comparative advantage. Regarding Market Share Brazil showed significant growth during this period, in relation to participation in Brazilian exports and participation in the export basket of agricultural products, participation in agricultural GDP, the soy complex is the main sector of the Brazilian agribusiness and the largest generator of foreign exchange for Brazil in this segment.ptComplexo SojaExportaçõesVantagem Comparativa Revelada
