Aplicação do método de análise de modos de falhas e efeitos (FMEA) no processo cirúrgico e no fluxo de OPME, minimizando os impactos no faturamento. Goiânia (GO), 2023. 72 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2023.https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/62It is common for health systems all over the world to face the same problems: rising costs of inputs, operational inefficiency and failures in risk management associated with processes. There is a lot of clamor for change, for disruptive models that connect and treat patients holistically, with the patient at the center of the care line and lean, traceable and efficient processes. In this context, models associated with quality management in health emerged, since the systems continually seek to improve their services to meet the needs of patients and internal processes; actions that have been generating concrete improvements in the health scenario. In general, quality in health aims to organize processes and work methods through tools, in order to save time and resources, thus achieving goals and results that generate impacts for the organization and be relevant to customers. In this scenario of complexity and changes, the surgical flow - highlighting the procedures that require the use of OPME - demonstrates a high risk context for patients and health institutions, as it calls into question the problems mentioned, the risks existing in the care provided to the patient and the risks associated with processes that need to ensure efficiency and evidence, thinking about the pillars of safety, economics and waste. In this way, initiatives are needed to discuss and incorporate quality management with a focus on process and risk, in order to demonstrate that it is possible to offer a service with quality, safety and sustainability. Therefore, the objective is to implement a process and risk management model, through the FMEA tool, in the surgical flow and OPME, to minimize the impacts on billing in a Hospital in Serra Gaúcha/RS, using as a methodology a qualitative research of an analytical nature with use of the methodological approach of action research. Execution proceeds in cyclical stages: preparation, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The data were tabulated using the excel tool of the office package. The analysis of the results was carried out by evaluating the RPN values calculated in the FMEA, comparing it with the data collected in the billing sector, in the room grade control worksheet and OPME.ptAnálise de modos de falhas e efeitosFluxo de OPMEIndicadores em SaúdeAplicação do método de análise de modos de falhas e efeitos (FMEA) no processo cirúrgico e no fluxo de OPME, minimizando os impactos no faturamento
