The research identified the following problem: What are the methods of measuring telework performance in the Goiás judiciary? The research initially used a bibliometric research approach to identify how telework measurement procedures have been studied. Data collection included academic production from 2018 to 2023. This period is justified by the attempt to analyze trends in the field of telework studies. The bibliometrics considered theoretical and theoretical-empirical articles. The method applied to develop data collection in the field was descriptive research with a qualitative approach, obtaining data collection using semi-structured interview techniques with 11 TJGO employees. The average time of working in telework was 3.4 years and the age of the participants ranged from 32 to 54 years (average age 42). The study findings revealed that, of the 11 employees, one reported having had prior training to work remotely. Therefore, even without training and with a system that presents instability, the employees have compatible skills to perform their functions, are responsible and seek, even with the routine of working remotely, to achieve the goals set by the management and PROJUDI itself. The results achieved at TJGO highlight several benefits, however, they also highlight a series of obstacles that impact the judiciary, the community and the well-being of employees. For example, there are goals for all employees, however, there is no form of control related to working hours, only delivering results.
