This implies that everyone has the right to adequate assistance and treatments provided by the public authorities, as, as provided in the text constitutionally that health is everyone's right and the duty of the State, the Constitution creates for governments the duty to implement the right to health through social and economic public policies. What has been observed is that the Public Power has not been able to meet all the demands for health, either because there is a lack of government interest in implementing public policies aimed at the problem, or because financial resources are insufficient to meet even the cases more urgent. This increases the demand for the judicialization of health. However, the Executive Branch, more specifically, the State Government of Goiás, must comply with the fundamental human right to health, investing in a public policy that meets the social and economic interests of the State. This is possible with the establishment of socioeconomic criteria in a public policy that is not just social.
