Acesso à justiça como desenvolvimento econômico: a pobreza como barreira, programas e políticas para sua efetivação no contexto goiano. Goiânia (GO), 2024. 130 f Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Direito Constitucional Econômico) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2024https://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/587This dissertation aims to analyze the barriers to access to justice in Brazil, with a focus on the state of Goiás, examining how poverty and financial power affect the ability to obtain legal protection and redress of rights. The study investigates the socioeconomic inequalities that limit access to justice, emphasizing the dimensions of economic, educational, and social deprivation. Using a comparative approach between the Goian context and the national landscape, the research identifies specific barriers and proposes strategies to promote more equitable access to justice. The research draws on a comprehensive literature review, case studies, and both quantitative and qualitative data from official and non-governmental sources, providing insights for the development of more inclusive public policies. The findings demonstrate that poverty is a significant barrier, while financial power facilitates disproportionate access to justice, exacerbating social and economic inequalities. The study offers theoretical and practical solutions to mitigate these inequalities and make the justice system more accessible and effective for all.ptEstado democráticoConstituição econômicaOrdem econômicaJustiça socialAcesso à justiça como desenvolvimento econômico: a pobreza como barreira, programas e políticas para sua efetivação no contexto goiano
