From the historical analysis, it moves on to the analysis of the constitutional status of the Jury Court during the validity of the 8 (eight) Brazilian constitutions, in particular, through historical documents, constituent debates and doctrinal discussion, on the essential problems of the Court of the Jury, as being the lack of technique and the interest of the jurors as a central theme during 200 years of Brazilian history. It will also analyze the difficulty of speeding up the effective judgment, the realization of justice, the media influence and the issue of discrimination in the courts that make it difficult to carry out a verdict effectively supported by the reality of the facts. The positive and negative points of the Jury's Court will be analyzed, in particular, the disparity of weapons between the prosecution and the defense, the lack of interest and the lack of technique on the part of the jury in the face of the Brazilian reality, the lack of reasons for the sovereign decisions of the jury , as well as the impertinence of the jury in cases against life involving drug trafficking. The research was conducted through selected bibliography, in particular, historiographical, jurisprudential and doctrinal sources through the investigative-inductive method. The conclusion reached is that the Jury Court is not the appropriate means for solving crimes against life that involve drug trafficking, that is, militias and criminal factions, which directly attack diffuse legal interests, such as public safety and against the state sovereignty itself, depending on a technical judgment for the realization of justice and the reduction of impunity due to slowness and common sense, characteristic of the Brazilian Jury Court.ptTribunal do JúriNarcotráficoHomicídioCrimes contra à VidaTribunal do Júri e o narcocídio: a evolução, a instituição e as dificuldades contemporâneas do Tribunal do Júri.
