In this sense, the present study had the objective of evaluating the Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management in the holding of a group of companies from the State of Goiás. Participated of the research 100 contributors from the holding that answered the follow instruments: Scale of evaluantion of the Intellectual Capital (Alves et al.,2014) and the Knowledge Management Scale (Pais, 2014). It was possible to verify that, between the three elements that compose the Intellectual Capital, Human Capital, Structural Capital and Relational Capital, the better evaluated was the Structural Capital and the worst one was the Human Capital. With regard to the Knowledge Management, the factor better evaluated was the Cultural Orientation for the knowledge and the worst one was Formal practices of the Knowledge Management. The results suggest that there are investments in the contributors, with trainings and courses, however, it is suggested the realization of new courses that aimed at identifying the strategic alignment of the systems of HR of each organization in terms of the Knowledge Management and promote the criation of specifics indicators, for passing the real informations of data from the enterprises and promote the studies frequently which ensure the preservation of the culture of each organization and of the group as a whole.ptCapital intelectualGestão do conhecimentoAvaliação
