The study is based on the premise that access to justice, when decentralized and territorialized, constitutes an essential tool for promoting citizenship and reducing regional inequalities. The general objective of this research is to analyze the contribution of these three programs to regional development in Goiás, in light of the principle of equity. To this end, the specific objectives are: (1) to examine the concepts of justice, equity, and regional development; (2) to characterize the socioeconomic and judicial context of the State of Goiás; (3) to describe and analyze the structure, implementation, and results of the programs; (4) to assess their impacts on the municipalities served, based on empirical indicators; (5) to verify their alignment with the 2030 Agenda, the Pact for the Future, and the Brazilian Charter for Smart Cities; and (6) to suggest strategies for strengthening judicial actions focused on equity. The methodology employed was mixed, using documentary research and secondary data, with indicators such as territorial capillarity, procedural effectiveness, economic impact, and social reach. The results indicate that the programs significantly expand access to justice in vulnerable regions, strengthen institutional presence, and reduce social and territorial inequalities. Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDGs 10 and 16, these actions demonstrate the Judiciary’s potential to act as a promoter of equitable and sustainable regional development.ptAcelerar PrevidenciárioJustiça AtivaPró-Júri
