However, for this type of service to work, other types of services are needed that support the operation and maintenance of the home care structure, and, among them, is the essential service of electricity supply, which, without this, the devices do not work and can harm those who are hospitalized at home. So, little is discussed about the cost of electricity, whether it falls on the family, the concessionaire, or the State. Considering the sampling of a specific case that was the subject of judgment at the TJGO, in which, within a consumption relationship with the presence of a hyper-vulnerable consumer who lives in a hospital and is unable to afford the increase in the value of the electricity bill resulting from the use of home care, a proposal arose to analyze the nuances of this case, discovering that electricity, in this situation, consists of a concrete element to exercise the constitutionally protected fundamental right to life and health, seeking to put into effect the principle of dignity of human person, resulting in the responsibility of the State to provide it.ptEnergia elétricaatendimento domiciliarhipervulnerável
