The context of occurrence of this relationship is to the Silicon Society and that has as a great characteristic the false sense of transformation of individuals in machines connected to the online environment through connection devices and the exposure of intimacy and private life as merchandise and difficulty in establishing a legal system for privacy protection within this diffuse environment that is the online world, powered by artificial intelligence tools that allow the machine, the robot, to define the extent of treatment given to the intimacy identified or exposed within this online world of cyberspace. Initially, the characteristics of the Silicon Society will be addressed; in a second moment, issues related to artificial intelligence and its configuration as a technological resource for mitigating intimacy will be addressed; then, we will discuss the development of the notion of privacy and issues related to data protection and, finally, intimacy protection, when considering its occurrence within the Silicon Society.ptPrivacidadeInteligência ArtificialDados PessoaisSociedade do Silício
