Portais da transparência dos tribunais de justiça de médio porte: promoção da transparência pública e controle social em análise sobre o detalhamento dos rendimentos dos servidores e magistrados ativos. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 114 f Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2022.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/639Transparency Portals are social oversight instruments that allow society to monitor the use of public resources and actively participate in discussions on public policies and the use of funds. Analyzing the regulations of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the Transparency Portal of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), it is clear that there are limitations regarding the detailed income of active civil servants and judges. The lack of detailed information on the reason for and nature of any payment can hinder the understanding of interested readers, compromise social oversight, and raise questions about the effectiveness of transparency in preventing corruption. Therefore, this research begins with the question: how do the Transparency Portals of medium-sized Courts of Justice (TJ), namely the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO); the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT); the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso (TJMT); Do the Court of Justice of the State of Pará (TJPA); the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará (TJCE); the Court of Justice of the State of Maranhão (TJMA); the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE); the Court of Justice of the State of Espírito Santo (TJES); and the Court of Justice of Santa Catarina (TJSC) contribute to the effective promotion of public transparency and social oversight. To this end, a qualitative, descriptive, and documentary study was conducted using public secondary sources of information from 2009 to 2025, using comparative analysis and content analysis to analyze the collected data. Based on the results, it is possible to perceive that there are, in fact, obstacles in the way mediumsized courts make Payroll Details available: there is no standardization in the presentation format (layout), nomenclature, or access to information (links). Furthermore, most do not detail the origin of income, especially under headings such as "compensation" and "occasional benefits," merely grouping them into the mandatory categories defined by the CNJ. To address the limitations found in legislation and the Transparency Portals themselves, this research presents, as a practical contribution, a ranking classifying the courts according to the analytical categories proposed by Oliveira and Ckagnazaroff (2022). Despite the discrepancy between the first and last places in this ranking, it is clear that the Transparency Portals of medium-sized courts have partially contributed to the effective promotion of public transparency and social oversight. However, there is still room for improvement that could effectively implement the practical contributions brought by this research. Thus, it is hoped to contribute to full compliance with the factors and elements determining public transparency and greater scope of social oversight.ptTransparência públicaPortal da TransparênciaControle socialTribunal de justiçaPortais da transparência dos tribunais de justiça de médio porte : promoção da transparência pública e controle social em análise sobre o detalhamento dos rendimentos dos servidores e magistrados ativos
