Consequently, it becomes attractive to the job market and competitive in the globalised world. However, this subject has caused fear for all workers that need income, job and protection of their personal and familiar subsistence. The replacement of human work for the implantation of the Artificial Intelligence is a reality that has been showed in all business sectors, resulting in workers searching better alternatives. In the future, many occupations might disappear in a short time, increasing the unemployment level in the most fragile sectors. The workers as also the institutions have their conditions in risk, especially because of the economic crisis. The institutions look for an immediate recovery. This crisis not only happens in Brazil, but also in other countries that face the shortage of labor and a public policy that leaves something to be desired. In the current moment, the society tries to search alternatives in order to live a new reality. Therefore, this thesis approaches the benefits and the harms of the implantation of the Artificial Intelligence in a general and wide view, besides verifying the problem of the increase in the level of the unemployment in the business sectors.
