In this vein, the Ministery of the Environment (MMA) prepared the Environmental Agenda in Public Administration (A3P), whose objective is to outline rules of conduct in order to protect the environment and disseminate sustainable principles within the scope of the Direct and Indirect Administration of the capital called Federal District (DF), that has been a signatory to the implementation of the agenda since 2017, pursuant to District Decree n. 38,246, of June 1st, 2017 and assigned to the Secretary of State for the Environment of the Federal District - SEMA, the competence to encourage the implementation of A3P by other organisms and entities, including monitoring activities and evaluation of activities. The survey verified the level of public agents' perception of the actions envisaged by the A3P, such as observation of information disclosure, guidelines and courses on sustainability; awareness of actions to protect the environment; observation of engagement with sustainable behavior and organizational climate change; propagation of actions to protect the environment. Quali-quantitative research was carried out in the Federal District, within the scope of the Executive levels, with the application of a questionnaire to public agents in the career of public policies and government management working in the 101 (one hundred one) direct and indirect organisms existing in the DF. The results found show little perception of sustainable actions by public agents that claim ignorance of the contents and few course actions; quality of life at work; or government actions to protect the environment.ptAgenda ambiental na administração públicaSustentabilidade socioambientalMeio ambiente
