The focus is, through a bibliographical review, to display the roots of the theme, as well as to present an overview of the types of interlocutory injunction, to then present the evolution of the doctrinal, legislative and jurisprudential treatment regarding the interlocutory advance injunction stabilization technique, in order to address its main controversial aspects.
