Technological advancement, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, sought to solve the inefficiency of the traditional system through speed and transparency. However, this modernization has imposed significant challenges related to digital inclusion. The general objective of this research is to analyze whether the implementation of the electronic process has facilitated or hindered citizens' access to justice, specifically investigating the material, educational, and psychological barriers that emerge from this new model. Methodologically, the research adopts a qualitative approach, based on a bibliographic survey and the collection of empirical data through interviews with users of the judicial service. The results demonstrate that, although digitalization offers operational and economic advantages, it also acts as a factor of exclusion in the absence of integrated digital inclusion policies within the Judiciary. The study concludes that it is necessary to foster strategies that guarantee usability and technical support, ensuring that technology functions as a tool for citizenship rather than a barrier to the fundamental right of access to justice.ptAcesso à justiçaProcesso Judicial EletrônicoInclusão digital
