Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2026.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/802This study analyzed indebtedness associated with the use of payroll-deducted loans among employees of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás, examining socioeconomic, behavioral, and institutional factors related to financial vulnerability. A quantitative cross-sectional approach was adopted, with data collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 113 employees. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, bootstrap mediation analysis, cluster analysis (K-Means), mean comparison tests, and logistic regression. The results showed that 61.1% of participants had active payroll-deducted loan contracts, 41.6% maintained two or more simultaneous contracts, and 35.4% had refinanced debt within the previous 24 months. The average indebtedness index was 4.24 points on a scale from 0 to 10. Multiple linear regression revealed that financial literacy and financial well-being were the main factors associated with lower levels of indebtedness. Mediation analysis indicated that approximately 56.6% of the protective effect of financial literacy occurred through financial well-being. Cluster analysis identified three profiles of financial vulnerability, including a high-vulnerability group representing 36.3% of the sample. Debt refinancing emerged as the main marker of severe financial risk, while the existence of an emergency financial reserve was strongly associated with lower levels of indebtedness. The findings suggest that indebtedness is a multifactorial phenomenon and that institutional actions focused on financial education, financial well-being promotion, and preventive monitoring may reduce the risk of over-indebtedness.ptEndividamentoServidores públicosCrédito consignadoBem-estar financeiroEndividamento com empréstimos consignados dos servidores do Tribunal de Justiça de Goiás
