The research begins with a historical review of human rights and the analysis of the challenges to ensure the protection of human rights in the digital environment, such as the control of information by governments and large technology companies. The work also highlights the importance of access to justice and presents a reflection on the principles of Digital Law and the impacts of AI on society. On Digital Human Rights, the author seeks an analysis of the evolution of human rights and the debate on the application of human rights in the digital environment. It addresses the importance of internet access as a human right, the challenge of the digital divide, and the challenges in protecting digital human rights in different global and regional systems. In relation to Digital Law, an analysis is made of the emergence of Digital Law as a new way of approaching legal principles, considering the influence of new technologies on social relations. It discusses the role of the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet in Brazil, the Carolina Dieckmann Law and the General Data Protection Law, also addressing the issue of "digital law" and the importance of a transversal approach to Digital Law. The paper discusses the need to regulate the development and use of AI to ensure that it is used ethically and responsibly, addressing the issue of digital vulnerability and the importance of protecting vulnerable groups in the digital environment.
