The study problem of this research starts with the analysis of this action of the Management of Inter-sectorial Programs and Projects and Socio-education of SEDUC, which leads to the specific objectives of understanding the socio-educational actions and their linkage with adolescents in conflict with the law, based on the legislation and bibliography of the area. It characterizes and analyzes the socio-educational action implemented by the Management of Inter-sectorial Programs and Projects and Socio-education of the State Secretariat of Education of Goiás and investigate the perception of those responsible for programs and projects about the socio-educational action. The methodology, from the case study, began with the survey and bibliographical analysis for the construction of the theoretical framework, followed by the documentary research and construction of a script for semi-structured interviews and its realization, therefore the treatment of the data and discussion with notes and reflections about the empirical data that emerged from the investigated field. By questioning the actions of the Management of Inter-sectorial Programs and Projects (GPPIS) and Socioeducation of the State Secretariat of Education of Goiás, it clarifies the need for the secretariat itself to be able to put itself in constant evaluation and detect the success of public policies in education that are under its responsibility. Initially, we identified that the legislation and policies responsible for the integral protection of adolescents and young people who are the authors of an infraction act propose the socio-education as a guarantee of education with quality, as well as for the re-socialization of this subject as a public policy. The analysis of the perception of its collaborators showed that there are limitations in the implementation of socio-educational action and that SEDUC, with its specific action to GPPIS, fulfills its role in ensuring education to those who comply with socio-educational measures, here in a more assertive way the measure of internment. It partially fulfills what is foreseen in the laws, in the ECA and in SINASE. It fulfills the education offer; however, it needs certain peculiarities and specificities that only the effectiveness of an action that is said to be socio-educative could encompass. Some important practices are recurrent training for the government employees who works at CASE; strengthen the ties with reeducation inmates’ families; break the mold in socioeducation that it is a system of punishment only; construction and surveying of its own PPP; professional training course for the reeducation and the perspective education by repairing, equalizing and qualifying.ptPolíticas PúblicasAção SocioeducativaGerência de Programas e Projetos Intersetoriais (GPPIS)
