The objective is to understand how corporate strategies, even when not explicitly formulated within this framework, contribute to the reorganization of production and the strengthening of regional dynamics. To this end, a qualitative case study was conducted, based on document analysis, a literature review, and interviews, guided by Porter and Kramer’s theoretical model. The results indicate that practices related to productive innovation, workforce qualification, and the strengthening of local supply chains generate positive socioeconomic impacts that extend beyond organizational boundaries. It is concluded that Shared Value constitutes a relevant mechanism for understanding contemporary regional development, as it integrates corporate strategies and territorial dynamics in a comprehensive manner.ptValor compartilhadoCadeias produtivas locaisGovernança corporativaGrupo José Alves
