Servant leadership has gained space and many health organizations in Brazil have already adopted this leadership model, as they came to the conclusion that it is only possible to deliver results through people. The objectives of this article are: to evaluate the dimensions of servant leadership applied to health organizations, to describe the attributes that characterize servant leadership, as well as its relevance; describe the critical competence of the servant leader during the Pandemic; describe the measures adopted by Unimed-Nova Iguaçu in the Covid-19 Pandemic by the leaders; present the results of Unimed Nova Iguaçu's organizational climate survey for the 2020 period; evaluate the dimensions used by Unimed-Nova Iguaçu, based on the period from 2019 to 2021 and describe the best practices in people management at Unimed-Nova Iguaçu in the period 2022. It was possible to conclude that Unimed Nova Iguaçu is very concerned with the management of its employees and various indicators demonstrate the employees' perception of the company.
