This research aimed to understand how people with disabilities experienced the conditions of accessibility, autonomy, participation, and inclusion in the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás, in light of CNJ Resolution No. 401/2021. This was applied research, with a qualitative approach and exploratory-descriptive objectives, designed as a single case study. Empirical evidence was produced through an online questionnaire composed of ten open-ended questions and answered by nine participants, anonymously identified as E1 to E9. The evidence produced by the questionnaire was complemented by the documentary analysis of the Report of Actions of the Permanent Commission on Accessibility and Inclusion of the TJGO – base year 2025 and the 2026 Action Plan. CNJ Resolution No. 401/2021 was used as a normative parameter, and the scientific literature as interpretative support. The responses were subjected to content analysis, organized by categories derived from the theoretical and normative framework, paying attention to emerging themes. The research results are exploratory in nature, considering the limited number of respondents, not allowing generalizations to the institution as a whole. In the group of respondents, the analyzed evidence pointed to the coexistence of specific advances and persistent barriers, especially related to reception, the timeliness of adaptations, sensory, communicational and administrative barriers, participation in events and training, ableist attitudes, professional opportunities, and the security of institutional channels. The analysis also indicated integrationist characteristics in some of the reported experiences, while inclusive practices were observed, such as current management support, adaptation of functions, and access to resources and activities. The favorable experiences contrasted with reports of environmental difficulties, discomfort in participation, and insecurity about institutional channels. The interpretation of the results in light of CNJ Resolution No. 401/2021 and in dialogue with the scientific literature demonstrated a gap between the normative provision and certain daily experiences reported by the participants. The limitations of the research, especially the small number of respondents and the absence of comparative documents from other Courts of Justice, restricted the scope of the results and did not provide sufficient data for the elaboration of a proposal for institutional improvements, indicating the need for further studies with greater empirical and documentary scope.ptAcessibilidade e inclusãoPessoa com deficiênciaAdministração pública judiciáriaResolução CNJ nº 401/2021
