The methodology addressed was qualitative and exploratory research, carried out based on semistructured interviews given by judges holding first instance judicial units within the scope of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás, in various units in the capital and in the interior of State. The results were obtained from interviews carried out with 10 magistrates, and, in summary, correspond to the statement that there is resistance in the aforementioned public body as a whole, regarding the elaboration of strategic planning, in which these leaders responded that create several communication actions, with the aim of aligning their teams towards the development of actions and initiatives to achieve the established goals, and the greatest interest of these managers is to deliver efficient, fast and quality judicial provision to the society of Goiás.ptTJGOPlanejamento estratégicoPrimeiro grau de jurisdição
